Do I need a lease guarantor?

There are a few different ways that you can get approved. You can get a guarantor, you can self qualify or you can apply using LEAP.

How long is your lease?

Our leases are term leases that usually have either 12 or 10 full installments (based on availability). If you need an alternate length of stay, please contact the leasing office and one of our team members will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer individual leases?

Yes! All of our leases are individual leases and you are only responsible for your lease. If you have a roommate that fails to pay rent you are not responsible for anything outside of your lease.

Do you offer double occupancy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer double occupancy at this team in an individual bed room. If you have a roommate you would like to live with, please contact one of our leasing team members and we can find an option that best fits your needs.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first of each month for each installment in your lease.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent can be conveniently paid online through your Resident Portal.

Are utilities included?

At Park West, all of your utilities are included in your monthly rental installment. We also have no caps on the utilities.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes! All units come fully furnished. For specifics on what is included please contact the office and someone will happily answer any questions.

Do you offer roommate matching?

‚ÄčYes we do.

Is renter's insurance required?

Resident's or guest's personal property and vehicles are not insured under the apartment lease agreement. We highly recommend that all residents obtain renters insurance against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal negligent acts of others or any other cause.

Do you have free internet/WiFi?

Yes, internet/ WiFi is included and is available both in our common area spaces throughout the community as well as in your individual room. If you have any issues while trying to connect, please contact Synergy at (203) 280 - 2029.

Do you have cable?

Yes, cable is included at no additional cost. If you have any issues while trying to connect, please contact Synergy at (203) 280 - 2029.

What is the parking situation?

Park West offers two different options for parking for residents. Surface parking (outside of the parking structure) is available for a one time annual fee of $75 per month. Parking in our Tower Garage is available for a monthly fee of $25. A parking pass/ decal is required for all residents parking on site.
Temporary guest parking is available on a first come, first served basis.

How are mail and packages handled?

All mail is delivered by the USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc to the Tower building. It is then sorted and distributed to mail boxes, package lockers or kept in our package storage room.
If you receive a package, you will be notified by email that a package has been received and where you can pick up that package, either in one of the package lockers or on the second floor of the Tower building.
Due to the amount of packages Park West receives on a daily basis, we ask residents to pick up packages within 48 hours of receiving the notification from Park West that a package has been delivered. Should a package not be picked up by a resident within 72 hours, the package may be returned to the sender.
Upon moving out, residents should contact USPS to setup a forwarding address so mail gets forwarded accordingly.
